Return/Exchange Policy

At Fat Fingers, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible!

• Refunds:
  Refunds are offered only if the product you received is damaged or different from what you ordered.
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos as proof.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • All custom made orders are non-returnable.
  • We might ask for images to assess your return access. Kindly assist with the requirements if needed.
• Exchanges:
  We’re happy to offer an exchange for size or style, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging/tags intact.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers may need to bear the return shipping charges unless the product delivered was damaged/wrong.
